Mobility Extra 12-Month Warranty — What's Covered

Every electric wheelchair and mobility scooter purchased from Mobility Extra includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, activated automatically from your delivery date. No registration required.

What the Warranty Covers

Your warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in the frame, motors, and controller for 12 months and batteries are covered for 6 months from the date of delivery. In the event of a fault, we will arrange replacement parts or collection of the chair for repair at our facility at no cost to you.

What the Warranty Doesn't Cover

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused by misuse, or faults resulting from unauthorised modifications. The warranty is non-transferable and is valid to the original purchaser only.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim email us at support@mobilityextra.co.uk with your name, address, order number, and a description of the issue. Our UK-based team will respond within one business day and arrange next steps — whether that's a replacement part dispatched directly or a collection for repair.
